Fontanka publishes books that bring Russian culture to the west and vice versa, from folk stories for children to the work of Francis Bacon and Antony Gormley. We work with museums, galleries and private collections on books that are published in one language or both. Drawing on more than twenty-five years working in Russia, we also collaborate with institutions and individuals on projects requiring a knowledge of the country and the language. We undertake large-scale translations of books and catalogues on behalf of other publishers or museums, as well as for current-affairs websites.
